Day 1: Journeys of Inclusion: Real-world Stories and Experiences (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

1. Welcome and Introduction (10:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
● Opening remarks and objectives for the webinar.

2. Panel Discussion: Real-word Experience (10:45 AM - 11:15 AM)
● Panelist share their back stories, experiences, and lessons learned in fostering inclusive
and innovative teams.

3. Group Work with Case Study (11:15 AM - 12:00 PM)
● Participants break into small groups to discuss a real-life case study.

Day 2: Building Inclusive and Collaborative Teams (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

1. Recap and Q&A (10:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
● Review of Day 1 and open Q&;A session for the panelist.

2. Strategies for Building Inclusive Teams (10:45 AM - 11:15 AM)
● Attendees learn strategies to foster a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration,
enabling them to build inclusive and high-performing teams that drive innovation.

3. Celebrating Diverse Perspectives Brainstorming Sessions (11:15 AM - 12:00 PM)
● Participants will brainstorm ideas on how you can celebrate different perspectives and
how diverse viewpoints contribute to long-term business success and innovation.
