This discussion will focus on cloud computing procurement process by outline a set a best practices for colleges and universities that move from a linear to dynamic process.

Even in a small college departmental managers don't always think about the fact that contracting for a "cloud" service should involve the IT folk. This session will explore how Siena College has responded to this challenge and how a checklist was developed for protective elements desired in each contract. Attendees will be encouraged to share challenges that they face so that best practices can be developed.
