Speaker: Doug Anderson
Doug Anderson is an ITIL Expert with more than fifteen years of practical IT service management experience in the manufacturing, federal government, commercial, and higher education sectors. He has led transformation efforts to develop, mature, and integrate ITSM and project and portfolio management practices to more effectively meet business needs. This experience has resulted in a repeatable set of practical planning activities that are not well covered in ITSM or PPM best practices independently.
Speaker: Debra Dexter
Deb is an experienced software instructor and technical documentation support specialist with 20 years of experience in Information Technology in higher education. She is responsible for the planning and development of support processes, documentation, and training initiatives to meet strategic and organization-wide goals and priorities. She holds a certification in Knowledge Centered Support Fundamentals (v5.3) as well as ITIL Foundations in IT Service Management.
Speaker: Brian Miller
Currently serving as the IT project services manager at Tufts University, Brian Miller has twenty years of experience in project and program leadership in corporate and higher education. He has become devoted to establishing best practices, extracting them from multiple disciplines and methodologies, and partnering with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into reality. Brian earned his Master’s in Engineering Management, has attained ITIL and project management credentials, and frequently speaks at trade and user engagements.
