Event Overview

Supporting academic technologies can be very rewarding, but it can also at times be a challenge. How do you overcomes these challenges with flair (and no I do not mean buttons and suspenders)? This SIG will seek to explore novel ways of communicating with your campus constituents. How do you get the word out about new products and features? How do you build community and goodwill on campus? How do you foster excitement about the "same old" product in order to encourage use?
