Event Overview
There are three core principles of DevOps:
1) Systems Thinking,
2) Feedback, and
3) Experimentation and Learning.

Come join us as we explore the third of the three principles of DevOps: a culture of continued experimentation and learning. We’ll look at aspects of DevOps practices and tools to improve the management and delivery of IT services within our higher education environments.

You’ll hear from colleagues at other schools about their practices and real-world implementations of tools to automate the deployment of applications and management of server environments. You’ll understand the benefits others are obtaining from DevOps and be able to experiment with what you learn to improve your own environments.

Who should attend?
This workshop will target both beginning and more advanced DevOps practitioners with sessions across a range of topics.

Session Outcomes:
- Understand the core practices and benefits of DevOps
- See examples of how specific DevOps-related technologies work and create positive improvements
- Bring back one or more ideas of how you could adopt a DevOps-related practice for your environment
