Event Overview
Digital transformation in higher education can feel overwhelming for both faculty and students—but with the right approach, change can be an opportunity for growth rather than resistance. This session explores practical change management strategies for easing transitions to new Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies. Participants will learn how to assess change readiness, build communication and engagement plans that resonate, and design training experiences that foster confidence and adoption. Real-world examples will illustrate how integrating Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles leads to smoother, more successful implementations.

Session Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
 - Assess and Strengthen Readiness: Identify methods to evaluate and improve faculty and student preparedness for digital change.
 - Engage and Empower Stakeholders: Apply strategies that build trust, reduce resistance, and create a shared sense of ownership across campus.
 - Communicate and Train for Impact: Design communication and training initiatives that sustain engagement and drive lasting transformation.
