Katelin Eden Dukes

Katelin Eden Dukes is a Manager of Organizational Change Management at University of Southern California. In her role, she leads IT transformations across USC, including learning management systems and ERP solutions. Katelin is Prosci certified and enjoys helping organizations increase their change maturity. Katelin earned her Bachelor of Arts from Cal Poly Humboldt, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Katelin also has experience working in specialty healthcare on electronic medical record transformations. She is a frequent runner and dog lover.

Kyle Sanford 

Kyle Sanford is a Manager in Deloitte’s Higher Education Practice where he supports Human Capital and Organizational Change Management work with Higher Education clients across the country. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business & Communications Studies from the University of Iowa and his Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Prior to his time with Deloitte, Kyle spent over a decade in Higher Education, where he primarily worked in Student Affairs, Academic Advising, and Admissions. Since joining Deloitte, Kyle has focused his work on supporting Higher Education Institutions as they navigate large-scale system transformation. Kyle loves to talk about the future of Higher Education, is an avid plane-spotter, and a Trekkie.
