Event Overview
The process of creating and sharing digital stories via video and other media can be a rich academic exercise and serves as an important medium for creativity, communication, evaluation, and feedback across a wide range of subjects, topics, and disciplines. Digital stories can be incorporated into current practices as formal or informal assessment tool that also promotes culturally inclusive pedagogies. These digital tools also increase access our students have to learn through intuitive, flexible processes that build empathy for the learner, the teacher, and potentially a broader audience.

Learning Objectives
 - Learn about the resources needed to help students build skills in video creation as an element of digital storytelling.
 - Identify a selection of apps that will facilitate digital storytelling through video creation using iOS devices.
 - Describe how digital storytelling can be applied to a wide range of academic and social objectives which can highlight and promote the strength of diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility.

Please note: Apple sessions are not recorded
