Jordan Schugar

At West Chester University, Professor Jordan Schugar serves as the Interim Assistant Vice President for Digital Learning and Innovation and teaches courses in the English and Digital Humanities programs. His research interests include digital storytelling, digital literacy, eTexts/eBooks/eTextbooks, active learning spaces, and mobile pedagogies. Currently, he facilitates a campus-wide equitable and inclusive course design initiative and participates in a Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education eTextbook grant (PA-ADOPT) funded by the U.S. Department of Education to create and promote free, open-access course materials. In 2013, he was named an Apple Distinguished Educator.
