Thought Partner Program: Beyond the Tools - Rethinking the Digital Workplace in Higher Education

Ray Frohlich is a Director at Yale University, where he leads IT operations and digital workplace strategy for Yale Library, supporting the research and scholarly work at the heart of the institution. As Digital Workplace Strategy Owner for Yale Library, he sets the overall vision and governs the long-term direction of the initiative and is currently working with university partners to expand the digital workplace program. He has spent over 25 years helping institutions make thoughtful technology choices and build the governance structures that make those choices stick. Ray serves on the Board of Trustees of NERCOMP and co-chairs its Leadership Ecosystem Committee, where he designs and facilitates peer learning experiences for IT and library leaders across higher education.
