Whether you’re developing equity plans, navigating challenges as an ally, or striving to build equitable cultures, this workshop offers evidence-based tools and actionable insights. Participants will explore foundational principles of equity-conscious leadership, learn practical models, and apply them to real-world problems of practice, ensuring their leadership aligns with their values and the needs of their teams.
Session Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
- Analyze personal leadership identities, characteristics, values, and beliefs through the lens of equity-conscious principles, fostering deeper self-awareness and intentional growth.
- Use data-driven decision-making and research to examine challenges, clarify issues, and propose actionable solutions rooted in equity.
- Apply evidence-based equity models to real-life problems of practice, equipping participants with practical strategies to lead inclusively and effectively.
