Joseph Fischetti
Joe has been with Marist College since April 2017.  There, his primary responsibilities include managing the Shibboleth environment, Virtual computing lab, on site physical Linux lab, and ESX infrastructure.  Joe thrives in an environment where he can face new challenges and problem solve.  He spent 10 years as a Systems Integrator in the residential home automation industry.


Ian Rifkin
Ian is the Director of Data & Systems Integration at Brandeis University where he manages a small team of people that are responsible for the University's Data Warehouse and Web and Middleware programming including Identity Management. In addition to his managerial role he has hands-on experience with database queries and design, web front-end coding, applications and middleware, LDAP, Shibboleth, and various other Web server technologies.

 

Tom Scavo
Tom’s main areas of expertise are SAML Web Browser SSO and SAML Metadata (with a growing interest in OpenID Connect). As a past member
of the OASIS Security Services (SAML) Technical Committee, he has authored (or co-authored) numerous articles and standards specifications. He is the primary author of several often-quoted wikipedia articles including SAML (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_Assertion_Markup_Language) and SAML Metadata (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAML_Metadata). He is also a regular contributor to various open-source projects, especially the Shibboleth Project.


David Wedaman
David is an organizational development consultant and executive change coach with a background in higher education Libraries and IT. He consults and advises on all aspects of workplace dynamics, but specializes in structures and processes that support thoughtful governance, assessment, development, and change. Particular interests are in creating learning cultures and facilitating leadership development. He is certified in two rigorous, developmentally-grounded coaching methodologies: Immunity to Change and Lectical Assessments.
