“The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.” - James Allen

The SIG will outline partnerships with other areas within IT, within the institution to help round out the training provided to student workers. This SIG will highlight programs for student workers in order to develop them for a career in IT. This SIG will highlight a program that assesses skill development and certifies student worker skill levels using testing, observation, and on-the-job completion.
