Chad Kainz
With 28+ years of professional experience, Chad specializes in strategy, design, planning, and change in the areas of service delivery, user experience, learning, and the applied use of technology to transform organizations and organizational culture. His work with customers draws upon 18 years’ experience at the University of Chicago, where his capstone role was the Assistant CITO (CIO) and Executive Director for Campus & Academic Services; 8 years of strategic consulting experience across the domains of digital/online learning, student experience redesign, and learning technology; and as a co-PI and co-director on a Mellon-funded shared services planning project with UC Berkeley. He has contributed to research projects funded by Mellon, IBM and the National Library of Medicine, and collaborative efforts of the Ivy League, Big-10, CNI, CSG, NITLE, EDUCAUSE, and Internet2.



Blake Williams
Blake has over 13 years of professional experience in information technology and has worked within the Workday ecosystem since in 2011. He is a certified Workday implementer and team leader with vast experience in complex, large enterprise implementations, integrations and holistic transformations. With a strong security background backed by practical expertise, Blake relates to and advises leadership teams with a pragmatic perspective to achieve complex and critical transformation goals. Blake has led some of Workday’s largest implementations across multiple markets, which to date have spanned over 200 countries.
