Liz Hamblett

Liz Hamblett holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership. She is the Director of User Support at Assumption College, where she oversees the teams that manage the help desk, lab and classroom technology, desktop technology, and instructional technology. Previously, from 2012-2013, she was the training specialist at Assumption College. She has worked in the IT user support industry for the past fifteen years. She has worked and led user support departments in retail environments, corporate environments, elementary school environments, and higher education environments. Specifically, while working in the retail, corporate, and higher education environments, she managed user support departments that specialized in creating a proactive and education driven user experience, and in creating dynamic presentations for users.
