Tes Cotter Zakrzewski is a dynamic educator, practitioner and scholar. Tes is the Director of Learning Innovation & Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology and partners with a strong team to support faculty at Wentworth in their continued journey toward excellence in teaching and learning through course development and instructional technology. Tes serves as adjunct faculty at Wentworth Institute of Technology and served as adjunct faculty at Suffolk and Northeastern Universities. Tes brings over 20 years of experience in global financial services in operations management, learning & development, management & leadership development, and organizational development. Tes holds an Ed.D in Adult Education and Leadership from Teachers College Columbia University, a MS in Training and Development from Lesley University, and a BS in Business from U Mass Lowell. Tes’ research interests include: dialogue, experiential and informal learning, and transfer of learning.
