Event Overview
Innovation in teaching is essential—but without evidence, it can be difficult to know what’s truly working. This interactive workshop introduces an impact evaluation framework that helps educators design, plan, and measure the effects of classroom innovations. The framework works as a design and planning tool to help you identify the right measures based on your project objectives, map out data collection approaches, and evaluate results that provide evidence for impact. Documenting the process outlined in the framework provides instructors, learning designers, and analysts with an opportunity to reflect on their innovation journey and showcase impacts to colleagues and stakeholders.

Session Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

 - Apply an impact evaluation framework to assess teaching challenges and outcomes.
 - Develop measurable objectives that enhance and enrich the student experience.
 - Use the framework as a storytelling tool to document and present evidence of teaching and learning impacts
