Session 1 - What’s Your Story (Emphasis on Participants' Ideas) - November 5, 2026

Overview: Premise and Inception of ideas

Overview: Outlining and Objectives: Professional Responsibilities in addition to scholarship

Activities: Thinking about format
Using Case studies | Probe participants | Call to action to pitch project

Additional:  Participants will hear from educators and students about their experiences and things to consider, while also engaging with breakout sessions for prompted discussion and brainstorming.


Session 2 - Research ( Archival Data, Interviews, Templates for Scripting) - November 12, 2026

Overview: Do the research: Data collection, Survey, Interviews, Archival research, etc and how they inform a narrative

Overview: The Segway to Production: Script to Recording

Activities: Participants will be given a prompt for translating previously submitted ideas into ideation and content gathering and creating an audio sample.
 

Session 3 - Production and Editing -  December 3, 2026

Overview: Translating Production elements into Editing and Delivery

Overview: Effective uses of sound, music, and vocals + Means of publishing and distribution

Activities: Participants will be invited to join a practical online editor, submit short-form content to practice combined, and submit a podcast for delivery
