Biography: Michael Schulde

Mike is principal of Quality Leadership Network, which helps clients achieve their performance objectives through leadership development, process improvement, teamwork, and customer focus.

With expertise in management, team, and organizational development, Mike has consulted, and provided training and development services for 25 years to organizations in industry, service, government, and non-profit sectors.
Prior to joining Quality Leadership Network, he was Director of Connecticut Business and Industry Association’s training and consulting activities, providing services to 10,000 large and small organizations.

As Director of Training and Development for the Hartford Life Insurance Company, Mike managed development, led major projects, and functioned as an internal consultant and human resources professional.

Mike holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, and teaches management, business policy, and other courses as an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities. In addition to writing and speaking, Mike’s qualifications include expertise with ISO 9000 and the Malcolm Balridge National Quality Award Criteria.
