Four case studies will be presented of how planning has organized and undertaken at different institutions under different circumstances. These will include examples from institutions of different sizes and in different stages of maturity in strategic planning.

12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm – 2:00pm Interactive Planning Exercise
We will develop a strategic plan for University X.

2:00pm – 3:00pm Round Table Discussion
Thoughts from the exercise; challenges currently faced by attendees.
