Questioning the value and sustainability of librarian-led research instruction sessions, as well as the librarian-staffed reference desk, two librarians spearheaded the development of a student peer mentor training program to improve integration of information literacy across the curriculum and provide research and technology assistance at the library’s new student-staffed Information Desk. They will also share videos of current and former Research & Technology fellows describing their experience in the program.
