Event Overview
Generative AI can do more than increase productivity—it can reduce cognitive load, support executive function, improve communication, and create more accessible learning and working environments. In this interactive three-session Thought Partner Program, participants will explore how to move beyond simply adopting AI tools to intentionally designing inclusive, responsible, and human-centered AI experiences. Through discussion, real-world higher education scenarios, and hands-on activities, participants will examine opportunities and risks and develop practical strategies they can bring back to their own institutions.

Thought Partner Programs are more informal than traditional webinars or workshops, focusing on dialogue and sharing.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
 - Explore AI through an accessibility lens by identifying ways generative AI can support neurodiversity, executive function, communication, and cognitive load—while recognizing potential barriers and risks.
 - Apply human-centered and inclusive-design principles to evaluate and redesign AI-supported experiences that strengthen accessibility, transparency, and individual agency.
 - Turn ideas into action by developing an AI Accessibility Roadmap that identifies an institutional opportunity or challenge, key stakeholders, potential barriers, and practical next steps.

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. To prioritize group connection and experience, participants may turn on their cameras and microphones during the sessions.
