Diane M. Martin

Diane M. Martin is a Senior Information Technologist at the University of Rhode Island, where she leads student development, technology onboarding, and inclusive leadership initiatives at the IT Service Desk. A Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, she designed and facilitates the multi-level Leadership Using CliftonStrengths certificate program in partnership with the URI Leadership Institute. Her current work explores the intersection of accessibility, neurodiversity, and emerging technologies, with a focus on how AI tools can support executive function, self-advocacy, and inclusive learning environments in higher education.
