Case Study #1: The New England College Story - Carol Thomas, Vice President for Information Technology at New England College
Case Study #2: The St Michael’s Story - Bill Anderson, CIO at Saint Michael’s College
Case Study #3: The Nichols Story-Kevin Brassard, CIO at Nichols College

In a conversational style, leaders from three Colleges will share their experiences with a specific project or challenge. Lessons learned will be shared and thoughts on how these lessons might be shared with others identified.

12:45pm – 2:15pm  Round Table Discussions

Discussion sessions, on topics including:
- Communicating complex IT issues to institutional leaders
- ERP, CRM, LMS transitions or acquisitions
- Budget and prioritization
- Alignment with institutional mission
- Change management / project management
- Other topics that emerge from the morning’s session
As a group share experiences, challenges, and insights into these and other topics

2:15pm – 3:15pm  Panel Discussion

Concluding panel on questions that emerge and wrap up from presenters, including identifying next steps for supporting each other as small college technology leaders
