The NERCOMP Annual Conference is just around the corner! While we’ll miss seeing you in Providence for our regular food, fun, and, oh yes, conference sessions, the annual conference program committee has worked harder than ever this year to translate the annual conference into a fully online experience, providing both the content and the community that are so valued by our members and partners.
NERCOMP recognizes the financial struggles that so many of our campuses are facing and, in response, is pleased to be able to offset the cost of NERCOMP 2021 to make attendance affordable and enable more engagement from across our membership. With NERCOMP’s sponsorship, registration for the 2021 conference will be offered at a significant discount. Pricing will be tiered based on access to conference features:
This year, we are offering two levels of conference access.*
LEVEL 1: NERCOMP LIVE! - March 29 - 31, PLUS Asynchronous Content for the month of March
What’s included:
- The opportunity to participate in up to 8 topical networking/mentoring groups throughout the month of March, facilitated by NERCOMP community leaders
- Access to all NERCOMP Live! events on March 29-31, including:
- Keynote Speaker: Kate Zwaard - Director of Digital Strategy at the Library of Congress, Kate is the chief of National Digital Initiatives at the Library of Congress, where she focuses on digital innovation and expanding the use of digital collections and leads digital strategies.
- Hands-on workshops
- Unconferences
- Mentoring/networking group meetings
- Social events with great prizes
- Access to more than 40 asynchronous content presentations for attendees to view on their own time during the entire month of March
- Access to messaging and communication tools to reach out to presenters with questions related to the content presentations
- Register by March 10 to receive a NERCOMP swag bag!

NERCOMP does not share or sell any attendee information with outside parties. If you receive any such correspondence please ignore it.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
By clicking on the "Order Now" button, you are indicating a commitment to attend and will be held responsible for the registration fee. Your fee can be refunded if you notify us of a cancellation at least 5 days prior to the event via email to nercomp@nercomp.org.
For the entire month of March, please join the NERCOMP community in an asynchronous celebration of our learning and professional development, one of the pillars of the NERCOMP annual conference.
Conference presentations, created for NERCOMP members by NERCOMP members and partners, will be available for you to view and learn at your own pace. Choose from over 40 posters and recorded presentations with relevant and timely information for IT and Library professionals in the areas of:

Throughout the month, you’re invited to engage with other members and NERCOMP partners around these issues and others. Chat groups and messaging tools will allow you to respond to what you’re learning and thinking about.
If you’re unable to join the NERCOMP Live! the portion of the conference to wrap up the month, not to worry. This content is designed to be what you need, when you need it.
If you are able to join the community for NERCOMP Live! March 29-31st, we’ll look forward to seeing you then to help synthesize this month-long learning experience and keep us moving forward.
